Who can Apply
Any patient, their family, Physician, researcher, care provider, institution who believes that the patient would benefit from the activities funded by the Foundation is eligible to apply to the programs that the Foundation funds.
Taking into account that some of the funded programs will have required inclusion and exclusion criteria, or require the agreement of the treating Consultant, the services are expected to be provided irrespective of the patient’s diagnosis, treating institution, and/or geographic location wherever possible.
